Refund policy

 

We understand that every now and then the item you purchased may not meet your satisfaction. If this is the case for your order, you may initiate a return or exchange on your merchandise within 30 days of your order fulfillment date (the date the order was shipped).

SECTION 1 - Returns

Easy 3 step return & refund action:

  1. If you need to return or exchange a product, Please contact us by email: service@yamatosport.com, who will provide you with further guidance and assistance.
    (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)
  2. Pack them back up in the original package and send them (please have your order # in package).
  3. We refund you after the package are received.

Matters Needing Attention:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.It must be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not return the product to the original address. You need to contact customer service to obtain the return address.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Customers need to bear the handling fee and shipping fee (including taxes, etc.) for returns and exchanges.
  • If the shipment is refused purposely by the customer, the customer is liable for getting it back to our location, then we would issue a refund upon its arrival.If you refuse the shipment and do not pay the return shipping fee, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned to us.

USED OR DISCOUNTED COMMODITY CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

SECTION 2 - Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by YAMATO. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.


SECTION 3 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@yamatosport.com

SECTION 4 - Defective Product and returns

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a full refund If the product itself has defects,You don't have to bear the shipping cost.
